Our memorable engagement and meaningful dialogue help EMPOWER participants to learn skills and tools to make small changes the lead to big impact.

Our approach is focused on dismantling the conditions imposed on us, and within structures, that create barriers to taking care of our mind and body.

Our process includes grounding in science to explain how the brain works, even sometimes against us. We explore any myths surrounding a topic. Then we lean in with curiosity to practice research-based tools to build effective skills to help us feel more connected, productive, and joyful at home and work. Finally, we share takeaways that we can implement the very same day.
